All our skincare products are handmade in small batches using natural ingredients. Because of this, slight variations in colour, scent, or texture may occur — this is completely normal.

3. Orders & Payments

Orders are confirmed once payment has been received.
We accept payment via credit/debit card.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of skincare products, we can only accept returns if items are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 14 days and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

6. Allergies & Skin Sensitivities
Our products are made with natural ingredients, but please read the ingredient list carefully before use. We cannot be held responsible for individual allergic reactions. Always do a patch test before trying a new product.

7. Liability
We do our best to provide safe, high-quality skincare. However, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.
