Returns
Due to the nature of handmade skincare, we can only accept returns if products are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to send a replacement or issue a refund.

How to Request a Refund

• Email us at tenderlovingcowandbee@gmail.com with your order number, details of the issue, and photos if applicable.

• Once approved, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

Exchanges
We don’t currently offer exchanges. Please place a new order for the item you’d like.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used skincare products.
